nexMatrix Telecom, LLC formed for communications services

Technology Alignment has split off nexMatrix services including the nexMatrix SIP/VoIP service, Protelity hosted PBX and preconfigured premise PBX systems, nexSwitch Level 4 and 5 softswitches with billing systems and the HIATLANTIS CRM under the name of nexMatrix Telecom, LLC. The new company provides services for telecommunication while Technology Alignment continues development of hardware related products such as the PBX and routers.
