The new services are a change from the metered only plans offered on CiaoTalk previously. CiaoTalk is an affordable and feature-rich VoIP product that Technology Alignment partners can offer customers for as little as $9.95 per month. Technology Alignment Partners include Telephony System Installers and Computer Retail and Repair Centers in the United States and Canada.

CiaoTalk can be connected to any home broadband (cable/DSL) modem via a company supplied Analog Telephone Adapter (ATA). Metered calling starts at just $9.95/month, while pricing for Unlimited calling is $21.95/month. All plans offer 911 as well as standard calling features and functions such as Call Waiting, Caller ID, Call Forward, Speed Dial, Voicemail and more. CiaoTalk also offers services for legacy Key Systems allowing companies to leverage the SIP Trunking without the need to move to a new PBX system.
